Meloney Mason was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale Florida. She worked in Retail Management for 25 plus years. She enjoys helping others and serving her community. She is also an Ordained Minister. Meloney also owned and operated several clothing stores, Dress to Impress for Less. One in North Augusta South Carolina and one in Way Cross Georgia. After working for Two of the largest Retailers in the world, Meloney wanted to change career paths due to wanting to leave a legacy for her five beautiful daughters.

She prayed and consulted God. Not knowing or having any inclination on what career path to take. God spoke and said you would be great at Taxes. She questioned that, not knowing anything about taxes but great with numbers and reconciling. In 2014 she went to Way 2 go tax Solutions Academy, worked under the tutelage of Way 2 to tax Solutions for two years. In 2016 Cooper Tax & Financial Services was born.

Meloney Tax Clients would inquire about Insurance over the years. Meloney has always had and desire to deliver the needs of the people. The need compelled her to become and Licensed Insurance Agent. However, Meloney will not stop there. Her goal is to serve the Community by building a resource center.
